As someone who spends a lot of time thinking about emergency services, I have high standards, and this team truly went above and beyond. From the moment they arrived in my hospital room, they were exceptionally gentle, professional, and reassuring. Discharge and the return home can be exhausting, but the crew made the entire journey completely stress-free.
They handled the stretcher and transport with the utmost care and safety, and they even made sure I was settled in comfortably before they left. It is clear this service genuinely cares about its community and treats every patient like family. A huge shoutout to the wonderful paramedics and EMTs—keep up the fantastic work!

Review: I cannot praise the crew at Froggington Ambulance Service enough for the incredible, compassionate care they provided after my father fell and broke his hip.
Hip fractures are notoriously painful and frightening, especially for an elderly parent, but the medics and EMTs handled the situation with absolute skill and gentleness. From the moment they arrived, they were calm, reassuring, and methodical. They took every precaution to minimize his movement, manage his pain, and keep him stable while carefully transferring him to the stretcher.
Their steady hands and kind words put my father and our entire family at ease during a terrifying moment. It takes a truly special kind of dedication to handle emergency trauma with such skill and empathy. Thank you to the entire crew for treating my father with such incredible dignity and care when he needed it most!

George truly went above and beyond to ensure she was completely safe and comfortable. After a long medical appointment, patients can be tired and sore, but George took extra time and care to adjust her seating, check her positioning, and ensure she was settled in her chair before leaving. His patience, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference.
